Joseph W Farndale, son of Joseph and Margaret Rose (nee Lakin) Farndale (FAR00739), was born on 23 August 1931 (1939 Register). His birth was registered in Paddington District in the third quarter of 1931 (GRO Vol 1a page 83).  

Buckinghamshire

The two brothers seem to have been evacuated to Buckinghamshire during the War.

Joseph W Farndale, married Elsie May Simpson in 1953 and their marriage was registered in the second quarter of 1953 at Fulham District (GRO Vol 5c page 1002). Elsie May Simpson was the daughter of Charles Simpson (906 to 1960) and Elsie May Simpson (1910 to 1979) and was born in Fulham on 1 May 1932.

1950

He lived in Hammersmith in the 1950s and Fulham in the 1960s.

1954

Julia A Farndale (FAR01067) was born in 1954.

Mark Charles Farndale (FAR01154) was born in 1968.

1986

Joseph William Farndale, born 23 August 1931, died in 1986 aged 54 and his death was registered in Kingston upon Thames District, in the third quarter of 1986 (GRO Vol 13 page 1842).

2006

Elsie May Farndale, born on 1 May 1932, died aged 74 in 2006 and her death was registered in Sutton in April 2006 (GRO District 254/1A Register Number A32B entry 196).
