1827
Christina Eaton was born in or about 1827.
1851
Christina married James Burnett on 9
or 15 March 1851 at Fraserburgh (Montrose Parish
Records).
James
Burnett of Fras. -and- Christina *(aka
Christian) Eaton of Hill Place - just
west of Montrose Parish ==> Many
years ago when I was given room facilites in West
Register House (now the NRS in Edin.) , the dedicated staff brought out ( yet
again ) another heavy ol' tome for the Paroch of Fraserburgh which gave the date 15th March 1851
for a Fraserburgh" record of the said marriage of James and Christina
which had been conducted at Montrose the previous week.
Fascinating ... to see and handle the primary sources and provenance and
meticulously wade through
(Gerrard Burnett).
1909
Christina Burnett died on 23 August 1909 (death records).
