William Eaton was born in or about 1788 in Kinnell, Angus, the son
of Thomas Eaton and Isabella (nee Johnston) Eaton.
William
Eaton, a labourer, married Mary Napier on 10 December 1826 at Montrose, Angus (marriage records).
He became a Master Mariner (Gerrard
Burnett).
They had a son, George Napier Eaton.
1851
William Eaton lived at 3 Hill Place, Montrose. He was a farmer.
1869
William Eaton died on 28 February 1869 (death
records) in St Vigeans Parish of Arbroath and is
interred in Western Cemetery, Arbroath (Gerrard
Burnett).
