Mary Baker was the daughter of
William and Mary (nee Bourne) Baker (BAK00106).
She was baptised on 2 August 1799 (St
Peter ad Vincula, Stoke on Trent Parish Records).
1831
Mary, married October 1827, John
Harvey JP, of Blurton Hall, Trentham, Staffordshire, and died November 1834,
leaving issue, one daughter (Burke, John and Burke, Sir
Bernard (1836)(Eighteenth Edition, 1972), Bellyse
Baker of Highfields in Burke’s Landed Gentry, Volume 3, pages
35 to 38).
Mary Baker married on 25 October 1831 at Stoke-on-Trent, as his
second wife, John Harvey JP of Blurton in Trentham (Staffs) (St Peter ad Vincula,
Stoke on Trent Parish Records).
1834
Mary and John had
a daughter, Mary Harvey, born on 21 November 1834 (St Bartholemew, Blurton Parish Records). Mary seems to have died in childbirth.
Mary Harvey died
in November, probably on 21 November 1834 in childbirth, and was buried on 27 November 1834
at St Bartholemew, Blurton, Staffordshire (St
Bartholemew, Blurton Parish Records).
