Edward John Baker was the son of William Meath and Hannah (nee Corbett) Baker (BAK00310). He was born on 4 August 1887 in Hasfield.

 

1914

 

He served in the First World War as a sapper in Royal Engineers, 1914-16. He was with the Inland Water Transport unit in 1916 when he was discharged.

He became a yacht designer.

 

1936

 

He died on 5 April 1936.
